Prior to opening the dispute with Paypal, I attempted to contact the owner(s) through the various e-mails and websites (See below) that are a part of his/her network. In each case, they/he/she has not responded in any shape form or fashion. They provide an 800 number, (800-990-8098), on all of their websites but again, no one responds. Since no one has contacted me, I started my on investigation and found, thus far, a number of complaints against this company. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until after the fact. At this point I only want a refund. Nothing less will be acceptable. After successfully completing the transcation, I have not heard from the seller "At all." I've sent e-mails to the various posted e-mails, again no return contact from the owner(s) accept for the e-mail auto repsonders. I've logged on to the online chat, and sent e-mails, again, no response. Being that this is a electronic delivery, I should have received delivery and installation as stated by the owner(s). If the owner(s) are not willing to provide delivery and intallation as stated, please acknowledge and refund my purchase price. Or, complete the installation.
